KITCHEN CEREMONY X PALATY
Suzdal smoked salt. Designed by the Kitchen Ceremony team for PALATY gallery.
The collaboration resulted in a gastronomic bridge between tradition and modernity. The aroma of a Russian oven and herbs mixed with dried lingonberries and juniper smoked salt. The seasoning complements the taste of meat, poultry, or baked vegetables if you love the smell of fire-cooked dishes.
The key inspiration is the symbols of Russian culture. Folk crafts, pottery, embroidery, old Slavonic inscriptions, the circular arrangement of text, typical of a church drum, the red color,
and the salt name nod at the ancient Russian city of Suzdal.

Kitchen Ceremony
